An Anterior Cervical Plate System is a specialized spinal implant designed to stabilize the cervical spine following anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) procedures. The plate is secured to the adjacent vertebral bodies with screws, providing immediate mechanical stability and maintaining proper spinal alignment. By supporting the bone graft and the fusion process, it helps restore cervical spine stability and integrity, reduce motion at the operated segment, and promote solid bony fusion. Anterior cervical plates are commonly used in the treatment of degenerative disc disease, cervical spondylosis, trauma, and spinal deformities, offering surgeons a reliable solution for achieving long‑term stability and fusion success.
The CERVELOCK™ Anterior Cervical Plate System by Siora Surgicals Pvt. Ltd. is a precision‑engineered spinal fixation solution designed to stabilize the cervical spine following anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) procedures.
Manufactured from high‑quality, biocompatible Titanium (Ti‑6Al‑4V ELI), the CERVELOCK™ system combines strength, durability, and excellent imaging compatibility. It features a low‑profile 2.0 mm thick design that minimizes soft tissue irritation, while multiple screw options provide secure fixation to adjacent vertebral bodies.
The plates are available in lengths ranging from 19 mm to 93 mm, accommodating one‑ to four‑level segments of fixation. The system offers self‑tapping and self‑drilling screw options with diameters of 3.5 mm and 4.0 mm, available in lengths ranging from 12 mm to 20 mm, in 2 mm increments. This versatility allows surgeons to select the optimal construct for each patient’s anatomy and surgical requirements.
Designed for ease of application and reliable fixation, the CERVELOCK™ Anterior Cervical Plate System helps improve surgical outcomes and patient recovery. Backed by stringent manufacturing standards, Siora Surgicals ensures consistent quality and reliable clinical performance.
